You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use indo78. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit Rp 50,000 via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets. Withdrawals are returned to the original payment source in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The welcome bonus carries a 30x rollover on combined deposit and bonus. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or fraud will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Each player may hold only one account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. indo78 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
indo78 provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our aggregate liability to any player is capped at the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding any claim.
indo78 is committed to safer gambling. Deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available to all members. Players experiencing problems are encouraged to contact our support team immediately.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between indo78 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the indo78 platform available at https://indo78.cam. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all documents incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a Deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its current version, together with any amendments published by indo78 from time to time in accordance with Clause 16.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact [email protected] to request account closure.
2.3 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and indo78 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, discussions, and arrangements.
3.1 Age Requirement. The Services are available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is set in accordance with the Company's responsible gaming commitments and international best-practice standards for online betting platforms targeting the Indonesian market. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their Account immediately suspended and permanently closed. All Real Money Funds held in such an Account will be returned to the originating payment source, and all Bonus Funds and pending winnings will be forfeited without exception.
21+ Only: You must be 21 years of age or older to create an Account and use the indo78 Platform. We take underage gambling seriously and apply strict verification procedures to enforce this requirement.
3.2 Residency. The Platform is intended primarily for players who are residents of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. indo78 makes no representation that the Services are legal or appropriate in jurisdictions outside those for which the Platform is designed.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register an Account or use the Services:
3.4 By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set forth in this Clause 3 and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with indo78. Opening multiple Accounts, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and confiscate all Balances held therein.
4.2 Registration Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and telephone number. Any change to your personal details must be promptly updated via your Account settings or by contacting customer support.
4.3 Username and Password. You will select a unique username and a secure password during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you notify indo78 immediately of any unauthorized access.
4.4 Account Security. indo78 will never request your password via email, telephone, or live chat. If you receive any such request, do not respond and contact [email protected] immediately. You must take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your Account, including using a strong password and logging out after each session on shared or public devices.
5.1 indo78 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5.2 Acceptable forms of identification include: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License. Proof of address may include a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.
5.3 indo78 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 calendar days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
5.4 All documents submitted for KYC verification are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. indo78 accepts Deposits via the following payment channels: Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum Deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.
6.3 Processing Time. Bank Transfer Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 to 15 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). E-Wallet Deposits are credited instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
6.4 Deposit Ownership. All Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party Deposits are strictly prohibited. indo78 reserves the right to refuse any Deposit suspected of being made from a source not belonging to the Account holder, and to return such funds to the originating account.
6.5 No Deposit Fees. indo78 does not charge any fees for Deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges, for which the Company is not responsible.
7.1 Withdrawal Requests. You may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your Account Balance at any time via the "Withdrawal" section of your Account. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as outlined in Clause 5.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though larger withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.
7.3 Withdrawal to Original Source. All withdrawals will be processed to the original payment method used for Deposit, in compliance with AML regulations. If the original payment method is no longer available, indo78 will work with you to arrange an alternative secure withdrawal channel.
7.4 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours (business days) from the time of request submission, subject to successful completion of any required KYC checks. Bank Transfer withdrawals typically reach your account within 1 to 3 business days after processing. E-Wallet withdrawals are credited within 24 hours after processing.
7.5 Pending Wagers. You may not withdraw funds that are tied to unsettled bets or pending wagering requirements. All open bets must be settled, and all Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of associated funds.
7.6 Withdrawal Fees. indo78 does not charge any fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month may be subject to a nominal administrative fee of Rp 25,000 per transaction. VIP tier members (Gold level and above) enjoy unlimited free withdrawals.
8.1 indo78 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses are granted at the sole discretion of the Company and are subject to specific terms and conditions, including Wagering Requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates.
8.2 Welcome Bonus. New Players who make a qualifying first Deposit may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus. The standard Welcome Bonus is a 100% match up to Rp 1,000,000, subject to a 30x (thirty times) Wagering Requirement on the combined Deposit and Bonus amount before any winnings may be withdrawn.
8.3 Wagering Requirements. Wagering Requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they convert to Real Money Funds. For example, a Rp 500,000 Bonus with a 30x requirement means Rp 15,000,000 in total wagers must be placed. Only real-money bets contribute toward Wagering Requirements. Different games contribute at different rates: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, sports betting contributes 100% (minimum odds 1.50).
8.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, associated winnings, and potential Account termination:
8.5 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
8.6 indo78 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on the Platform and apply immediately.
9.1 All bets placed on the indo78 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the product in question (Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, etc.). Product-specific rules are available on each game or market page and form part of this Agreement.
9.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is considered accepted only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet receipt number. indo78 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason.
9.3 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, BRI Liga 1 official records). Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical result as recorded on video stream.
9.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of an obvious error in odds, pricing, game malfunction, or technical fault, indo78 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Affected Players will be notified via email or Account notification.
9.5 Disconnections. If you experience a disconnection during a live betting session or casino game, any bets placed prior to disconnection will stand and settle according to the actual outcome. For slots, if a game round is interrupted, it will resume from the same state when you log back in.
10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:
10.2 indo78 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. Cooperation with investigations is mandatory; failure to cooperate may result in permanent Account closure.
11.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, games, and trademarks, is the property of indo78 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from indo78.
11.3 The indo78 name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of the Company. Use of these trademarks without express written consent is prohibited.
12.1 indo78 is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data you provide is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
12.2 By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.3 indo78 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to secure all data transmissions and stores sensitive data on secure servers with restricted access.
13.1 indo78 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. For full details, please review our Responsible Gaming Policy.
13.2 Available Tools: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods. Self-exclusion options (temporary or permanent) are available upon request.

Play Responsibly: Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is no longer fun, it is time to stop.
14.1 The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. indo78 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
14.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, indo78 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
14.3 In no event shall indo78's total aggregate liability to you exceed the net amount of Real Money Funds you have deposited into your Account during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 indo78 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
15.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful completion of any pending KYC verification. All Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
15.2 Termination by indo78. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, violation of applicable laws, or prolonged Account inactivity (more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity).
15.3 Upon termination by indo78 for breach, all Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds may be forfeited, and you will be permanently barred from registering any future Account on the Platform.
16.1 indo78 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
16.3 Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered Players via email or Account notification.
17.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating internationally with a focus on the Indonesian market.
17.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
17.3 This Agreement is concluded in the English language. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail in case of conflict.
